• Lead the development and execution of innovative, data-driven growth strategies across LATAM.
• Manage a multi-channel growth plan, including paid acquisition, PR, SEO/ASO, paid social, content creation, affiliates, and offline activations.
• Tailor and localize marketing strategies to resonate with LATAM audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, creative, customer support, and operations) to align initiatives and drive results.
• Own the full user lifecycle: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and report on KPIs such as user growth, engagement metrics, and trading volume.
• Build partnerships with key community leaders, influencers, and media outlets in the region.
• Adapt global strategies for local execution, ensuring cultural relevance and compliance with local regulations.
• Serve as a key voice for LATAM users internally, helping to shape product improvements and local initiatives.
