About the role

  • Lead a structured, high-quality recruitment process, including proactive sourcing, building a strong and diverse talent pipeline, conducting professional recruiter screens for technical roles, and ensuring accurate and transparent candidate tracking in the ATS.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements, team structures, and hiring priorities.
  • Deliver a consistent, respectful, and high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Continuously stay up to date with recruiting best practices, market trends, and evolving hiring methodologies, and actively improve recruiting processes by leveraging new tools, data, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Own local site-related HR operations in Israel, including employee experience initiatives, coordination of team events and holidays, and ongoing office-related needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced high-tech environment.
  • Proven understanding of technical profiles, roles, and hiring challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and experience building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); experience with Lever is an advantage.
  • Ability to build trusted, professional relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners.
  • High level of ownership, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
