Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Design and implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions
Monitor and adjust treatment plans
Collect and analyze data on behavior and progress
Educate and support parents and caregivers
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
Doctoral or Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline
Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming with behavioral intervention
Reliable transportation
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting to 50 pounds
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence
Ability to deal with problems and make independent decisions
