About the role

  • Provide behavioral and therapeutic support services to consumers.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Design and implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions.
  • Educate and support parents and caregivers in understanding ASD and implementing behavioral strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
  • Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Specific knowledge-based competencies required include understanding of CPT codes/payor rules/regulations/policies.
