Board Certified Behavior Analyst – BCBA

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide behavioral and therapeutic support services to consumers.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Design and implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions.
- Educate and support parents and caregivers in understanding ASD and implementing behavioral strategies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
- Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Specific knowledge-based competencies required include understanding of CPT codes/payor rules/regulations/policies.
