About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Vice President, Oklo Isotopes, and team with calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Process and distill high volumes of incoming information, prioritize it, and facilitate follow-up actions
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and critical documents accurately and on time
  • Manage confidential information in accordance with data-protection standards
  • Resolve administrative and technical challenges proactively
  • Assist with project coordination, milestones, and communication of updates
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects
  • Schedule events with key stakeholders
  • Provide temporary on-site logistics and administrative support during the initial phase
  • Coordinate temporary office-trailer setup, deliveries, janitorial services, events, hospitality, and site visitors
  • Support the Vice President and team advancing vertically integrated domestic critical-radioisotope production
  • Work with information related to advanced fission, nuclear energy, radioisotopes, regulatory and licensing materials, agreements, personnel matters, CUI, and export-controlled data

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5–8 years of proven experience as an assistant or in a similar role
  • Experience in or familiarity with technical environments preferred
  • Calendar strategy, prioritization, and meeting sequencing skills
  • Strong technical proficiency and ability to quickly adapt to new tools and software
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Box, Atlassian, Asana, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Familiarity with AI tools is a plus or willingness to learn new tools
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks
  • Proactive mindset and ability to anticipate needs and challenges
  • U.S. citizenship required for compliance reasons
  • Must satisfy applicable export-control, CUI-handling, background-screening, and facility-access requirements
  • Ability to handle confidential, technical, and sensitive information with discretion
  • Knowledge of nuclear power industry and isotopes is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work remotely, with Eastern or Central time-zone location preferred but not required
