• Assist in managing project-related tasks through project briefs, timelines, spreadsheets, trackers, and checklists
• Support meeting preparation, including drafting agendas, note taking, and tracking action items
• Ensure consistency in digital file naming conventions and implement logical organized file structures for efficient access and retrieval
• Audit and analyze industry trends, as well as research best practices in outside industries to help guide strategic decision-making and organizational growth
• Present findings in a clear and actionable format
• Review written documents, presentations, and other materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned
