About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinating and supporting the development of high-quality proposals and submissions
- Leading and coordinating proposal development activities, including capture planning, scheduling, and contributor alignment
- Collaborating with technical teams to gather and organize required content
- Monitoring proposal progress and supporting on-time completion of deliverables
- Completing proposal compliance reviews against client requirements
- Editing, formatting, proofreading, and finalizing proposal documents
- Managing distribution and submission of proposals through various platforms
- Maintaining registrations within vendor and tendering systems
- Monitoring and tracking new proposal and bid opportunities
- Completing and coordinating prequalification submissions
- Managing proposal resources including employee CVs, project descriptions, client references, and corporate information
- Tracking proposal progress and reporting using Deltek Vantagepoint
- Identifying opportunities to improve proposal processes, tools, and efficiencies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience supporting proposals is an asset.
- Experience in the mining, engineering, environmental consulting, or construction industries is an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and PDF editing tools, and AI programs.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written communication, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
