Support integrated mine closure planning from early-stage planning through to relinquishment
Work with mining companies to return land responsibly and safely
Advocate for meaningful partnerships with communities, including Indigenous rightsholders
Design solutions that create lasting financial, environmental, and social value
Collaborate with multidisciplinary and global teams across Okane
Participate in environmental, geotechnical, hydrogeology and engineering project work
Contribute to personal and professional development and company initiatives
Requirements
Students from their second to penultimate year in one of the following disciplines (or similar): Mining Engineering; Environmental Engineering; Geotechnical Engineering; Civil Engineering; Geology; Geochemistry; Ecology; Hydrogeology; Environmental Management
New or soon-to-be graduates encouraged to apply
