About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain visual observation of patients at all times
Verbally redirect patients using the digital two-way audio device in the patient room
Immediately summon nursing staff when a patient requires assistance

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED required
BLS to be completed during orientation
Customer service skills
Effective communication skills
Ability to focus on a particular subject or task for an extended period
Ability to analyze and synthesize patient care information to formulate patient-specific care recommendations
Minimum of one year of healthcare or service-related industry experience preferred
