About the role
- Reports to IT Functional Leader and will have no direct reports.
- Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders.
- Lead interviews with stakeholders and gather user requirements.
- Apply communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help the business make good technology decisions.
- Develop cost analyses and project budgets.
- Promote a collaborative team environment and provide mentorship to junior-level analysts.
- Document current processes and models to understand inefficiencies or gaps.
- Support delivery teams as they develop, test, and deploy solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- [3-5] years of experience in business analysis
- Background in portfolio budgeting, resource planning and financial analysis is preferred.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Visio, and Outlook.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Understanding of Application architectures
- Understanding of SQL and data modeling
- Experience in report and analytical requirements gathering
