About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide wellness services to companies contracted with OhioHealth Employer Solutions
Design and plan wellness programs
Deliver onsite health education and presentations
Launch wellness challenges and healthy lifestyle programming
Assist with wellness committee coordination
Liaise with the Employer Solutions account manager to recommend additional client programs and services
Conduct biometric testing at employer screenings, including cholesterol, glucose, A1c, cotinine, blood pressure, height, weight, waist, BMI, and body fat percentage measurements
Interpret biometric results and counsel participants on healthy lifestyle improvements
Provide primary care physician referral information and condition-specific education
Serve as a wellness coach to individuals and groups
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth employer events
Act as team lead or primary event contact when indicated
Use and maintain knowledge of the online scheduling tool for employer events
Participate in annual trainings, certifications, and competencies
Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor or manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Health or a related field
At least 1 year of experience
Licensed Dietician in the State of Ohio
Registered Dietitian (RD)
Appropriate professional licensure
Registered Dietitian credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration
