Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- DL-HC - Driver's License only if in a Home Care department - Department of Motor Vehicles
- LIC - Licensed in Field - State of Ohio
- OT - Occupational Therapist - American Occupational Therapy Assoc.
