About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide leadership and advanced coordination for Maternal Fetal Medicine services
- Focus on high-risk pregnant patients with maternal conditions such as diabetes, hypertension
- Hold lead, mentor, and foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
- Work closely with management team to support the overall nursing team and department
- Performs non-stress tests (NSTs), electronic fetal monitoring, high acuity patient navigation
- Assist with procedures and serve as a resource for other associates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree: Nursing
- Required: Ohio RN License
- Bachelor's of Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum of 5 years RN experience
- Highly Desirable: EFM certification preferred.
- Experience with nonstress test (NST) highly desirable.
- Women's Health experience (OB office and/or L&D preferred)
