About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide leadership and advanced coordination for Maternal Fetal Medicine services
  • Focus on high-risk pregnant patients with maternal conditions such as diabetes, hypertension
  • Hold lead, mentor, and foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
  • Work closely with management team to support the overall nursing team and department
  • Performs non-stress tests (NSTs), electronic fetal monitoring, high acuity patient navigation
  • Assist with procedures and serve as a resource for other associates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree: Nursing
  • Required: Ohio RN License
  • Bachelor's of Nursing (BSN)
  • Minimum of 5 years RN experience
  • Highly Desirable: EFM certification preferred.
  • Experience with nonstress test (NST) highly desirable.
  • Women's Health experience (OB office and/or L&D preferred)
