About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide daily management and coordination of daily practice operations
- Collaborate with physician and administrative leaders to evaluate program growth opportunities
- Develop business plans including market analysis and proposals for growth
- Initiate, plan, and lead multiple simultaneous projects
- Provide leadership and implementation support for new programs and program enhancements
- Assist directors in oversight of operations for multiple physician practices
- Mentor and support managers within the physician group
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- 10+ years Physician Practice management Experience
