About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complex and strategic calendar management for more than one executive/business leader
- Review, organize and prioritize Executive’s emails
- Create and manage agendas and meeting invitations
- Accurate and timely processing of purchase orders, travel and expense reports
- Leverage and stay current on new or updated technologies introduced by the organization
- Anticipate executive’s needs and prepare accordingly
- Gain trust and respect by ensuring privacy and security of information
- Lead or assist projects as required
- General Office Support including answering phones and directing calls as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School or GED (Required)
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of progressive office experience or demonstrated/related administrative experience with advanced training in business or related fields of study.
