Product Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the vision, strategy, business requirements, roadmap and deliver key product outcomes
- Partner with engineering and other IT functions, UX, analytics, marketing, operations, and clinicians
- Gather and build requirements, build backlogs, and prioritize work
- Navigate roadblocks to keep teams working
- Leverage market data and customer feedback to inform future product development
- Break down complex problems into steps that drive product development
- Participate in research to understand customer pain points
- Proactively manage and monitor product and operational risks
- Monitor and manage product schedules, scope and budget
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of Product Management experience
- Experience driving elements of the product development lifecycle
- Experience managing immediate teams and schedules through influence
- Proven ability to facilitate team meetings and drive conversations with efficiency
