About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides general nursing care to patients and families along the health illness continuum
- Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment
- Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs
- Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes
- Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing
- State Driver's License
- CPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
