About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead cross-functional teams and technology investments to modernize organization’s data ecosystem
Oversee data & analytics initiatives, enterprise data platform modernization, and AI-driven capabilities
Drive strategy, execution, and governance across multiple programs
Manage technology projects and programs running across one or multiple Lines of Business
Establish project requirements, priorities, and deadlines
Manage budgets of the project, monitor progress, and adjust resources accordingly
Develop plans and manage interdependencies between development teams and business units
Publish project status and executive reporting
Act as a Business Analyst to gather project information
Interact with senior leadership and cross-line business resources to deliver projects and programs
Coach and mentor less experienced team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer/Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Healthcare, Nursing or Related Field
5+ years demonstrated, progressive leadership and/or IT experience
Five years in a project/program manager role or comparable work
Experience managing multiple medium to large scale IT projects simultaneously
Project management certification recommended (PMP, PgMP, or PfMP) or a plan for attainment
8+ years of IT project/program management experience in a healthcare setting
Strong background in executing delivery across multiple methodologies (e.g., hybrid, iterative, or agile-aligned approaches)
Understanding of software development, testing, deployment, and integrations
3+ years in Agile software development environments
Agile/Scrum certification(s)
