About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage the physician contracting program ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Manage payment administration, monthly variance reporting and reconciliation process
- Clearly communicate contract terms to relevant stakeholders
- Develop and produce compliance materials and custom templates
- Ensure all contracts are documented and paid within fair market value
- Create, implement, and manage a relational database for contract tracking and reporting
- Participate in strategic meetings with executive teams and stakeholders
- Consult with content experts and participate in regulatory visits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree: Healthcare (Required)
- CHC - Certified in HealthCare Compliance - HCCA Health Care Compliance Association
- 5 years of hospital physician contracting experience
- Database management experience (Access, Excel and/or SharePoint)
- Financial reporting skills
- Demonstrated knowledge/understanding of hospital/service line operations and concepts
- Legal and healthcare terminology proficiency
- Ability to independently identify solutions to complex problems
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize requests from multiple senior executives simultaneously
- Excellent writing composition skills
