About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports the System-wide Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI)
- Assists with duplicate merges, chart corrections, and overlays as assigned
- Troubleshoots data integrity issues and monitors overlay reports
- Responds to questions from external facilities/practices regarding the operation and support of our health information exchange (HIE)
- Leads cross training and new hire onboarding
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
- RHIA - Registered Health Information Administrator - American Health Information Management Association, RHIT - Registered Health Information Technician - American Health Information Management Association
- Data Integrity/EMPI Data Experience of 2 years or greater
