Charge Analyst, Revenue Cycle

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as primary care site specific resource to clinical and operational teams on daily revenue cycle functions
- Actively engage with clinical and operational leaders to identify and bridge gaps in workflows
- Assist clinical departments to document services and understand billing processes
- Perform daily account reviews with potential missing charges
- Disseminate findings to appropriate teams
- Develop education material and facilitate training sessions
- Contribute to building a comprehensive Revenue Integrity Program
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate's Degree
- Basic knowledge of hospital or professional practice operations and Revenue Cycle functions
- Working knowledge of reimbursement methodologies in healthcare
- Understanding of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding
- Strong audit experience.
