About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage IT staff and resources according to the company's IT Business Plan
- Plan and manage scope, schedule, and budget for defined deliverables
- Responsible for managing technology projects and/or programs
- Ensure projects are completed according to all relevant guidelines
- Coordinate resources across projects
- Monitor project progress and adjust resources and priorities
- Develop interdependencies between development teams and business units
- Publish project status and executive reporting
- Articulate project needs and gather information as a Business Analyst
- Interact with senior leadership and mentor less experienced team members
- Focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in all responsibilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- 5+ years demonstrated, progressive leadership and/or IT experience
- 7+ years of progressive experience managing complex IT programs or portfolios
- PMP certification preferred
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
- Familiarity with IT governance, architecture, and cybersecurity frameworks
- Experience in healthcare IT environments
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale IT initiatives
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Extensive experience with tools such as Smartsheets, Jira, and ServiceNow
