About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and direct IT processes within defined areas
- Manage daily operational activities and tactical plans for multiple processes to support Custom Solutions
- Collaborate with operational leaders to align projects with strategy
- Drive innovation and prioritize initiatives with clinical and business leaders
- Work with suppliers and vendors for outcomes consistent with organizational strategy
- Direct personnel management aspects within the assigned area
- Plan, monitor, and control the operating and capital budget for responsibilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer/Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, HealthCare, Nursing or Related Field
- 5+ years demonstrated, progressive leadership in IT Applications and Software Engineering
- 3+ years technical experience in software engineering teams, Tech Lead, and Architecture
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly
- Experience in a diverse, fast-paced work environment
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
- Ability to assess and forecast manpower requirements
- Knowledge of risk management processes
- Knowledge of software delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, SDLC)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Master's Degree is a desired attribute
