About the role
- Managing multiple medium to large size system-wide projects involving a variety of information technology platforms
- Leading project teams through planning, executing, and controlling activities that result in completing deliverables that meet the customers requirements
- Leads multiple medium to large complex projects simultaneously while proactively identifying and managing stakeholders
- Monitors compliance with project management standards
- Engages project sponsors regularly to improve project outcomes
- Provides leadership in Information Services or respective department
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: Project Management (Required)
- PMP - Project Management Professional - Project Management Institute
- Six years in a project manager role or comparable work
- Experience managing multiple medium to large scale IT projects simultaneously
- Project management certification recommended (PMP, PgMP, or PfMP) ; otherwise, a plan for attainment OR a graduate level Degree
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Healthcare, or Business Administration
- Eight years or more of IT project management experience in a healthcare setting
