About the role
- Serve diverse clientele in a community based setting
- Provide services in the client home treating mental health & behavioral health diagnoses
- Maintain and advance professional license(s) through training and supervision

Requirements
- Qualified candidates will have an LSW, LPC, or MFT, however, an independent license is preferred.
- Minimum Bachelors degree is required.
- Expertise in mental health & behavioral health diagnoses is essential.
