About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide skilled nursing services under the direction of a physician or midlevel provider
  • Provide safe, high-quality patient care within the LPN scope of practice
  • Room patients and obtain and document vital signs
  • Administer medications and IV fluids

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate of a school of Practical Nursing
  • Current Practical Nursing License in the state of Ohio
  • Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards
  • Knowledge of appropriate procedures and standards for administering medications and patient care aids
  • Compassionate team player focused on providing excellent patient care
