Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate Degree in Nursing from a CCNE- or ACEN-accredited nursing program
  • Current Ohio Registered Nurse license
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Knowledge of triage procedures
  • Clinic, physician office, and/or urgent care experience
  • Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards
  • Knowledge of medication administration and patient care aid procedures and standards
  • Ability to educate and clearly communicate disease information and care instructions to patients and families
  • Ability to convey information in writing and verbally
  • High interpersonal skills for sensitive and confidential situations
  • Demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy
  • Analytical ability and critical thinking to gather and interpret data and develop, recommend, and implement solutions
