About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the patient care mission through clinical and administrative tasks within scope of practice
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day administrative and clinical clinic operations

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- 3–5 years of clinical experience
- Working knowledge of EMR systems
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Ability to serve as liaison between management and staff
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to convey information in writing and verbally
- High interpersonal skills for handling sensitive and confidential situations
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy
- Independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload
- Associate degree preferred
- Working knowledge of EPIC preferred
- Experience in a related specialty practice area preferred
- Medical Assistant or LPN licensing and experience preferred
