About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide overall administrative direction and coordination of clinic(s)
- Serve as liaison with administration, physicians, patients, and outside organizations
- Develop, recommend, implement, and maintain organizational structure, systems, and staffing plans
- Manage clinic operations while controlling labor costs and clinic expenses
- Manage assigned staff, including hiring, training, supervision, employee engagement, performance management, scheduling, and payroll approval
- Initiate coaching, disciplinary action, and performance improvement planning
- Ensure staff attend and successfully pass Ambulatory Skills Orientation
- Analyze reports and develop improvement plans for financial results, clinic productivity, and operational benchmarks
- Oversee registration, scheduling, and provider template functions in coordination with the Corporate Central Access team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 2 years of direct managerial or supervision experience, preferably in a clinical setting
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- High level of professional integrity and interpersonal skills for sensitive and confidential situations
- Ability to interact, communicate, and follow up with individuals at all organizational levels
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
- Knowledge of medical office operations and systems
- Familiarity with patient confidentiality guidelines, OSHA, Joint Commission, customer service, and clinical operations
- LPN or RN licensing and experience preferred
