About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and provide patient support services
- Answer phones and direct calls
- Greet patients and visitors
- Maintain patient medical records via EMR or paper charts
- Assist with patient scheduling
- Perform office functions and handle patient payments
- Monitor length of patient’s wait and notify appropriate parties of excessive wait times

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience
