About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborates with clinic team members to provide evidence-based patient-centered care
- Helps patients stay up to date on their care plans and related goals towards improving health

- Acts as a liaison with patient’s family members and other agencies

Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited nursing program
- Current Ohio Registered Nurse license
- CPR/BLS certified
- Knowledge of triage procedures
- Clinic, physician office and/or urgent care experience
- Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards
- Knowledge of appropriate procedures and standards for the administration of medications and patient care aids
- Ability to educate and clearly communicate with patients and/or families as to the nature of disease
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- Analytical ability and critical thinking
