About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and provide patient support services such as answering phones and directing calls
- Greet patients/visitors and maintain patient medical records
- Assist with patient scheduling and handle patient payments as applicable
- Monitor length of patient’s wait and notify appropriate parties
- Perform check-out processes including co-pay collections

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
