About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with clinic team members to provide evidence-based patient-centered care

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited nursing program
  • Current Ohio Registered Nurse license
  • CPR/BLS certified
  • Knowledge of triage procedures
  • Clinic, physician office and/or urgent care experience
  • Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards
  • Knowledge of appropriate procedures and standards for administration of medications and patient care aids
  • Ability to educate and clearly communicate with patients and/or families regarding disease nature and proper care and treatment
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
  • Analytical ability and critical thinking to gather and interpret data and develop, recommend, and implement solutions
