Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and provide patient care and supportive services within an interdisciplinary treatment team
Provides clinical work with patients with mental health diagnoses including individual, group, and couple/family therapy
Document treatment and complete utilization reviews
Advocate for patients within the local community and maintain positive contacts with referral sources

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling
Independent Ohio license (LISW, LISW-S, or LPCC) to practice
At least two years of experience working with patients with mental illness is required
Expertise/training in cognitive-behavioral and/or interpersonal psychotherapy
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
Familiarity with addiction services and treatment modalities
