Key responsibilities & impact

Provide direct outpatient nursing care under provider direction
Room patients, take vitals, administer medications
Assist with procedures, coordinate labs, maintain supplies/equipment
Document in the EMR
Ensure safe, compassionate, and efficient clinic operations (LPN)
Support daily clinical operations, lead and mentor LPN staff (Lead LPN)
Patient assessment and triage, medication administration, care coordination (RN)
Lead and mentor nursing staff, assist with workflow and scheduling (Lead RN)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ohio LPN license
BLS certification
Strong communication skills
Teamwork skills
2+ years LPN experience (for Lead LPN)
Leadership or preceptor experience preferred (for Lead LPN)
Ohio RN license (for RN positions)
Outpatient or care coordination experience preferred (for RN positions)
