Provide leadership and strategic direction for all operational functions across 85 practices
Partner with the COO and CEO to align business objectives with operational execution
Directly manage, mentor, and develop the Regional Operations Directors
Own responsibility for practice-level P&L performance, ensuring delivery of revenue growth and operational efficiency
Drive standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives across all locations
Ensure practices deliver a consistent, high-quality patient experience while meeting regulatory and compliance standards
Collaborate with clinical leadership, finance, marketing, and other functions to support enterprise growth and innovation
Requirements
10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience
At least 7 years in multi-site management
Strong financial acumen, including proven P&L management and EBITDA growth
Proven success leading and developing Regional Operations Directors or equivalent multi-layered field leadership teams across large, distributed organizations
Demonstrated ability to execute strategy, drive operational performance, and deliver business outcomes
Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills at the executive level
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
