About the role
- Provide leadership and strategic direction for all operational functions across 85 practices
- Partner with the COO and CEO to align business objectives with operational execution
- Directly manage, mentor, and develop the Regional Operations Directors
- Own responsibility for practice-level P&L performance, ensuring delivery of revenue growth and operational efficiency
- Drive standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives across all locations
- Ensure practices deliver a consistent, high-quality patient experience while meeting regulatory and compliance standards
- Collaborate with clinical leadership, finance, marketing, and other functions to support enterprise growth and innovation
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience
- At least 7 years in multi-site management
- Strong financial acumen, including proven P&L management and EBITDA growth
- Proven success leading and developing Regional Operations Directors or equivalent multi-layered field leadership teams across large, distributed organizations
- Demonstrated ability to execute strategy, drive operational performance, and deliver business outcomes
- Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills at the executive level
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
