About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and optimize the end-to-end patient flow across Mental Health services.
Provide operational leadership for intake, patient access, scheduling, provider capacity management, and care coordination.
Identify bottlenecks, implement scalable workflows, and ensure timely patient care throughout the treatment journey.
Supervise Intake Coordinators, Scheduling Specialists, Access Coordinators, and other operational staff.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to improve patient experience and reduce delays in care.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bilingual.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration , Business Administration, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of healthcare operations or patient access experience.
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Experience with mental health.
Strong knowledge of scheduling workflows and patient access management.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
