About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and optimize the end-to-end patient flow across Mental Health services.
- Provide operational leadership for intake, patient access, scheduling, provider capacity management, and care coordination.
- Identify bottlenecks, implement scalable workflows, and ensure timely patient care throughout the treatment journey.
- Supervise Intake Coordinators, Scheduling Specialists, Access Coordinators, and other operational staff.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to improve patient experience and reduce delays in care.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bilingual.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration , Business Administration, Public Health, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of healthcare operations or patient access experience.
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience with mental health.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling workflows and patient access management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
