About the role

  • Depending on needs and your strengths, you will support various areas: Customer Service (email support, customer inquiries, order issues)
  • Maintenance and optimization of product data — you ensure our products are presented perfectly.
  • Online Marketing: support with Google Ads, creation and sending of newsletter campaigns, and marketplace marketing.
  • Webshop management (shop maintenance, promotions, content)
  • Graphic Design (e.g., simple banners, newsletter graphics, social media assets)

Requirements

  • Enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with a focus in one of the following areas: Online/Digital Marketing, IT, E‑Commerce, Business Informatics, or Graphic Design.
  • Interest in e‑commerce, online marketing, and digital business models.
  • Practical experience in e‑commerce, online marketing, graphic design, or software development.
  • Experience with Shopify, Google Ads, Klaviyo, or PlentyOne is a plus but not required.
  • Independent, reliable working style with a hands‑on mentality.
  • You think in solutions, not problems — and you proactively bring ideas to make things smarter.
