About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with stakeholders in our growth marketing, merchandising, digital product, finance, wholesale and operations departments to define business questions and identify opportunities for data-driven improvements
- Play a critical role in attacking opaque, unstructured problems; develop core analytic frameworks that shape the way the company thinks about our business
- Dive head first into our data to uncover insights that can improve the customer experience, drive revenue, or cut costs for the business
- Document and communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the company and advocate for a data-driven culture internally and externally
- Build a data-driven culture throughout the organization to ensure that all decisions accurately utilize the most powerful data available
- Work cross-functionally to upgrade and optimize our reporting framework in our BI tools and measure initiatives' impact by tracking KPIs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis or data science roles
- Advanced skills in SQL, Python and dbt
- Experience creating dashboards in BI tools such as Hex, Looker, or others
- Experience working in modern data warehouse environments, e.g. Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery or similar
