About the role
- Implement new business systems and enhance existing business systems (including NetSuite ERP, WMS, PLM, planning software, and others)
- Identify areas of improvement in current business processes and systems by engaging with cross-functional system users and company leadership
- Design thorough, scalable solutions to address identified areas of improvement
- Integrate new and existing systems using an iPaaS tool, EDI, or other method of integration
- Coordinate business system project timelines alongside Business Systems Senior Manager and/or 3rd party service providers
- Triage and resolve business systems-related tickets and enhancement requests submitted by end users
- Develop materials or conduct sessions to assist in training system end users
- Contribute to development of the Business Systems team’s project roadmap, aimed at improving overall systems efficiency
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience implementing business systems in start-up or growth stage settings
- 2-3 years of experience with implementing and/or administering NetSuite ERP (experience must include inventory management)
- Familiarity with business requirements of an eCommerce-based, DTC company
