What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3–5 years of hands-on Qualtrics implementation experience
Strong understanding of Customer Experience (CX) and Voice of Customer (VoC) programs
Experience with Qualtrics Digital, Website/App Feedback, or XM Platform
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience working in a consulting, agency, or enterprise environment is preferred
Full-time availability during EST hours
Contract expected to last 4 months
