About the role

  • Work as an embedded expert in the Customer Experience team
  • Support data query requests from various business unit leaders
  • Craft and execute SQL queries based on business requirements
  • Query and analyze large datasets to understand customer sentiment, behaviors, and trends
  • Build repeatable data workflows and reporting processes to support CX initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to validate data sources and business logic
  • Translate raw data into insights and recommendations
  • Build ad-hoc reports, dashboards and data visualizations

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Computer or Information Science, Statistics, Math, or a related field
  • 3-5 years proven experience writing advanced SQL scripts (stored procedures, joins, functions, views, etc.)
  • Proven ability to work with large and complex datasets
  • Comfortable with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel) - strong advantage
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional documentation skills and practices
