About the role

  • Vision & Strategy: Define and articulate a compelling 12-18 month product vision that aligns with company OKRs and proactively identifies "step-change" growth opportunities.
  • Execution & Prioritisation: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for complex initiatives, expertly balancing technical debt, innovation, and immediate customer needs.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Navigate high-ambiguity environments to align senior leadership (C-suite, Executive Leadership Team) and act as a unifying force across the organisation.
  • Product Craft: Drive continuous discovery and iterative testing to validate hypotheses, reducing risk while maintaining a deep empathy for our users.
  • Technical Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with engineering leads to discuss architecture, scalability, and technical trade-offs for our B2B platform.
  • Mentorship: Evangelise product best practices and provide strategic guidance to the wider team to foster a culture of excellence.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 5 years of demonstrable PM experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a B2B SaaS or platform environment managing multi-sided products.
  • Proven Track Record: You have successfully shipped and iterated on multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth scale-up.
  • Strategic Rigour: Ability to move beyond reactive feature requests to deliver data-backed roadmaps that move core business metrics (e.g., Gross Margin, Efficiency, Automation).
  • Communication Mastery: You are a powerful communicator who can generate internal excitement for a vision while being a trusted partner to engineering and design.
  • Ownership Mentality: You proactively anticipate risks, triage competing priorities, and take full responsibility for the success of your product domain.
  • Technical Fluency: You are comfortable "talking shop" with developers and understand the complexities of building scalable, secure B2B integrations.
