About the role
- Strategy, implementation and optimization of all paid marketing channels (Google, Meta, Display and other networks)
- Management of a six-figure monthly paid media budget
- Creating, analyzing and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads and other networks
- Coordinating agencies and freelancers and developing a scalable performance marketing infrastructure
- Conducting systematic A/B tests, performing in-depth data analyses and deriving actions to improve ROAS
- Identifying new performance marketing channels and scaling successful approaches
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, other networks)
- Proven track record of managing and efficiently scaling large budgets
- Extremely data-driven and passionate about data-based optimization
- Independent, proactive and structured working style
- Nice to have: experience with attribution models, media mix modeling or marketing automation
