Senior Performance Marketing Manager, E-commerce

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are responsible for the strategy, implementation and optimization of our largest paid channel – Google Ads
- You create, analyze and optimize campaigns
- Testing & optimization: systematic A/B tests, in-depth data analysis
- Build and maintain reporting for management and the team
- Multi-channel: strategic oversight across Meta, Display, TV
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google Ads and managing significant budgets
- E-commerce experience with high average order values
- Deep expertise in Google Ads: Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube
- Highly data-driven and passionate about data-based optimization
- Tracking skills: GA4, server-side tracking, Enhanced Conversions
- Work independently, proactively and in a structured manner
- Fluent German, good English
