About the role
- Lead engaging discovery calls and deliver polished, value-focused demos.
- Develop a deep understanding of each campus’s structure, workflows, and challenges.
- Manage opportunities from the initial meeting through to closed-won.
- Navigate Higher Ed procurement, approvals, and multi-department buying groups.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and supporting materials.
- Maintain pipeline management with forecasting within HubSpot.
- Build strong relationships across key campus stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the full GTM team.
- Share campus insights with Product and GTM teams.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in a customer-facing or problem-solving role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to guide people through complex decisions
- Confident communicator who enjoys leading demos
- Exceptionally organized with strong follow-through
- Relationship-driven, competitive and motivated by goals
- Comfortable traveling for key meetings, conferences, and campus visits
- Aligned deeply with Offstreet’s values
