About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide feedback and share ideas for improving the overall quality of the products.
  • Prepare test cases based on feature requirements and specifications.
  • Use various testing techniques to verify that features and fixes are correctly implemented.
  • Perform manual testing where automation is not applicable.
  • Review and collaborate on unit and integration tests together with developers.
  • Implement and maintain API, UI, and E2E automated test suites.
  • Support engineers across the team in creating reliable automated tests and improving overall test coverage.
  • Build, monitor, and maintain test environments, as well as the overall quality of the product and CI/CD experience.
  • Participate in the entire lifecycle of the product - from specification to release.
  • Drive a culture where quality is a collective commitment, guiding teams to integrate quality practices throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to define clear, testable acceptance criteria for features and user stories.
  • Build sufficient product domain knowledge, including relevant business processes, scenarios, and a good understanding of customers’ needs.
  • Work with a high-performing and fun team following the Scrum method.
  • Play a key role in our shared commitment to reliability by participating in a supportive SRE rotation, where team collaboration ensures that product performance and success are achieved together.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance (QA) role.
  • Proven experience in automation testing.
  • Experience with test frameworks (Playwright, Jest, Mocha).
  • Knowledge of programming with JavaScript (TypeScript would be a plus).
  • Practical knowledge of Git.
  • Experience in web testing.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Good understanding of standard web services and web-service testing practices.
  • Experience with managing CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub) is a plus.
  • Strong team-player mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to ensure work transparency and be self-organised.
  • Experience with mobile testing is a plus.
  • Good written and spoken English.
