About the role
- Support customers through their onboarding journey, helping them get set up and comfortable using our product.
- Deliver clear and friendly guidance to help customers succeed.
- Build positive relationships with customers and assist them with questions or challenges.
- Assist with product demos and training sessions.
- Track onboarding progress and follow up to ensure customers are happy.
- Work closely with the team to make sure every customer has a smooth experience.
Requirements
- Eagerness to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Clear, confident communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Ability to listen and understand customer needs.
- Comfort presenting and guiding others.
- Able to keep track of tasks and follow instructions to complete them.
- Good knowledge of spreadsheets.
- Curious and eager to ask questions when you’re unsure.
- Ready to work closely with the team and support them as needed.
- Fluency in English.
- Some experience with SaaS platforms or digital tools.
- Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, etc.).
- Interest in coworking/flexible workspace operations is a bonus.
