About the role

  • Support customers through their onboarding journey, helping them get set up and comfortable using our product.
  • Deliver clear and friendly guidance to help customers succeed.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and assist them with questions or challenges.
  • Assist with product demos and training sessions.
  • Track onboarding progress and follow up to ensure customers are happy.
  • Work closely with the team to make sure every customer has a smooth experience.

Requirements

  • Eagerness to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Clear, confident communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Ability to listen and understand customer needs.
  • Comfort presenting and guiding others.
  • Able to keep track of tasks and follow instructions to complete them.
  • Good knowledge of spreadsheets.
  • Curious and eager to ask questions when you’re unsure.
  • Ready to work closely with the team and support them as needed.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Some experience with SaaS platforms or digital tools.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, etc.).
  • Interest in coworking/flexible workspace operations is a bonus.
