About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Grow a portfolio of enterprise customers through account acquisition and account expansion strategies
  • Hire and coach Client Solutions Associates into top performers who fully own delivery on their own — running projects end-to-end, managing client communication, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
  • Set the standard for expert experience - ensuring experts receive a high-quality experience and maintaining a high bar for trust, respect, and value on the supply side of our marketplace.
  • Innovate and improve processes and policies within the Client Solutions department

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-5 years of professional work experience in customer-facing roles AND 1-2 years of experience managing a client-facing team
  • You display a “challenge-accepted” mentality
  • You are passionate about training, coaching, and developing talent
  • You inspire and motivate your team to achieve ambitious goals
  • You are results-driven and excel at identifying new & innovative ways to drive growth
