Responsible for the planning, execution and customer experience for product and service offerings on business platforms
Implement a strategic roadmap for product and service offerings that outlines key functional capabilities to maximize sales and customer experience
Work cross-functionally in a matrixed team environment with Product, Tech, IT, digital marketing, core business teams and global platforms leadership to deliver results
Guide the team in overall technology design activities; grow team knowledge and understanding of systems and best practices
Overarching people management responsibilities including hiring, goal setting, performance management, coaching, training, and development
Work closely with business partners and customers to understand needs and provide appropriate solutions; responsible for project estimation and execution plans
Partner with product managers, UX designers and researchers, technical architects, business owners, and testing teams
Manage project timelines, budgets, scopes, dependencies and deliverables; assign and allocate resources and follow up on execution
Serve as point person for escalations and domain expert; handle on-call situations and define product specifications
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Area of Study: Computer Science, Information Systems, Business
Minimum Years of Experience: 6
Minimum 3 years in a managerial role
Superior analytical skills; establishes relevant KPIs and routinely tracks them
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Experience delivering functionality from concept to deployment; leveraging mobile, social, and other rich media applications to build web solutions
Experience managing customer-facing business initiatives from conception to implementation to delivery with quantifiable results
People management experience: hiring, goal setting, performance management, coaching, training, and development
Advanced degree is a plus
